Newstled at an altitude of 2160m, the resort of Plagne Aime 2000 was born in 1969 with the creation of Le Paquebot des Neiges which is classified Architectural Heritage of the XXe Century. Composed of 3 large buildings, the resort seduces by the diversity of its services, its indoor shops and its direct access to the slopes. Real haven of peace, Aime 2000 allows you to enjoy the quiet and the joys of winter sports with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc.
Shops and services at Aime 2000
The resort of Aime 2000 offers most of the traditional services in ski resorts: ski rentals, schools and ski lessons, restaurants etc. A gondola lift connecting to Plagne Center is available all day long until late at night (from 8am to 2am). This free transportation allows a rapid access to the services proposed by the Plagne Center resort.
Skiing at the foot of the residences
Housed in the heart of the mountain, all the residences of Aime 2000 allow you a direct access to the slopes. Pedestrians or beginners will reach Plagne Center and enjoy the shops or the museum and the ice rink located at Place Perrière. For advanced skiers, the ski lifts nearby provide an easy access to Montalbert or La Roche connections to Aime 2000. The direct access to Plagne Center provides access to the ski lifts leading to Champagny and Plagne Bellecôte.
The housing for rent
Aime 2000 offers a wide choice of apartments for rent. From the typical 70's studio to the large renovated apartments with a typically Savoyard atmosphere, the resort can answer all the requests. All rental housing offers an incredible view of the slopes or the Mont Blanc.
